PLANNING CONSENT GRANTED FOR
49-51 CONDUIT STREET AND 24 SAVILE ROW
Planning consent has been granted for 49-51 Conduit Street and 24 Savile Row. The new prime Mayfair office and retail redevelopment is a joint venture between Ærium and Terrace Hill.
We collaborated closely with London architect EPR to produce an initial series of AVR2 verified views, for use in key planning meetings. (Read about Accurate Verified View – AVR – Classifications).
The images informed critical decisions about appropriate building heights and masses, additional storeys and shared party walls. Viewpoints were identified by the planning consultants in the Landscape and Visual Impact assessment (LVIA) document.
We then developed the AVRs from classification 1 to 3. These showcased the final design’s accurate form, and also gave a realistic impression of the unique elevation treatment: a beautiful bespoke glazed ceramic tile.

BEYOND PLANNING – MARKETING CGIS
Following the successful planning application, we produced a series of day and evening marketing Computer Generated Images (CGIs). These featured across various print and digital platforms, and helped market the scheme to potential commercial and retail tenants.
(Images shown in the slideshow are a mixture of AVRs and marketing shots.)
